2. Services Provided

Coconut Creek Movers offers a variety of moving services, including:

• Moving and storage services

These services are subject to availability and may be modified at any time.

3. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• The final payment for the services rendered must be made on the day of the move before services are completed.
• Payments can be made through the payment methods specified by Coconut Creek Movers (e.g., credit card, cash, or other forms of payment).
• Coconut Creek Movers reserves the right to modify prices based on the size and complexity of the move.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Packing: You are responsible for packing your belongings unless you have opted for our packing services.
• Preparation: Please ensure all items are properly packed and ready for the move. Coconut Creek Movers is not responsible for any damage to items that are improperly packed.
• Access: You must provide adequate access for our moving crew to load and unload items. This includes ensuring parking is available for the moving truck and that there are no obstructions.
• Fragile Items: You must inform us in advance if you have any fragile or valuable items that require special handling. Coconut Creek Movers will not be liable for damage to items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Coconut Creek Movers is fully licensed and insured for moving services. However, we recommend that you purchase additional insurance coverage if you have particularly valuable or fragile items.
• Liability for damage to items during the move is limited to the terms and conditions outlined in our insurance policy. Coconut Creek Movers will not be responsible for damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, accidents, or improper packing.
• Coconut Creek Movers will not be responsible for damages to items that are not transported by our staff (e.g., self-packed items or non-furniture items).

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled move date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
• Rescheduling is allowed based on availability. Any changes to your original move date may incur additional charges.

7. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

• While Coconut Creek Movers strives to provide timely services, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather, traffic conditions, or mechanical issues with vehicles.
• Coconut Creek Movers will not be held liable for any delays caused by such unforeseen circumstances.

8. Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed to be moved by Coconut Creek Movers:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, explosives, etc.)
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)
• Live animals
• Toxic substances
• Firearms or weapons

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that prohibited items are not included in the move.

9. Claims and Damages

• In the event that items are damaged during the move, customers must report any damage to Coconut Creek Movers within 24 hours of completion of the move.
• A claims process will be initiated to assess the damage, and the customer must provide any necessary documentation (photos, receipts, etc.).
• Coconut Creek Movers is only responsible for damage caused during the move and will not cover pre-existing damage or damage caused by improper packing.

10. Customer Privacy

• Coconut Creek Movers respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for the purpose of providing moving services.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence, Coconut Creek Movers‘ liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the moving services in question.
• We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of use, or other indirect damages resulting from the move.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coconut Creek Movers and its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, including any third-party claims.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coconut Creek, Florida.

14. Amendments
